Diploma in Mindfulness
Study time
60 hours
Level
Level 3
Start date
30 December 2024
Our Mindfulness diploma path allows you to explore mindfulness theory in depth. Over six modules you will learn core mindfulness theories and skills and extend that knowledge by exploring related practices and mindfulness-based approaches.
Your journey starts with our core mindfulness module which will teach you the underlying theory and practice of mindfulness. You will also learn about professional issues and ethical considerations in our Professional Ethics module.
From here, you can choose your elective modules including exploring the roots of mindfulness in our meditation, yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) modules, and specific mindfulness practices for sleep, productivity, resilience and more.
By the end of the programme, you will have covered core mindfulness theory and explored a range of different approaches to using mindfulness-based skills.

Do I need to complete all modules with Holbeck College?
No, you can complete courses with our partner organisations and then submit your certificate of completion just as you would training directly with us.
